Clarity2Scale Consulting LLC is an AI literacy and workflow automation consulting firm registered in Buford, Georgia. We serve entrepreneurs, small businesses, and enterprise teams nationwide. This Privacy Policy applies to the Clarity2Scale website (clarity2scale.com), contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, and data collected through our consulting services.

This policy does not apply to CipherHIL™ (cipherhil.ai), which is a separate legal entity with its own privacy policy.

When you fill out the contact form or subscribe to The Clarity Brief newsletter, we may collect:

When you visit clarity2scale.com, standard web technology may collect your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, and referring website or source. We use this data only to understand how our site is being used. We do not build individual profiles from this data.

  • Send you The Clarity Brief newsletter if you subscribed
  • Deliver services you have engaged us for
  • Improve the content and structure of our website

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

The Clarity Brief is our newsletter published via Beehiiv. By subscribing you consent to receive email communications from Clarity2Scale Consulting LLC. Every email we send will:

  • Clearly identify Clarity2Scale Consulting LLC as the sender
  • Include our registered business address: Clarity2Scale Consulting LLC, Buford, GA
  • Include a clear and functional unsubscribe link
  • Honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

07 How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored through the following platforms:

  • Google Forms — contact and privacy request form data (ISO 27001, SOC 2 certified)
  • Beehiiv — newsletter subscriber data (GDPR compliant)
  • Google Workspace — internal communication and file storage (ISO 27001, SOC 2 certified)

Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years following its conclusion, or longer if required by the nature of the engagement, applicable law, or professional standards governing the client relationship (including but not limited to engagements involving attorneys, CPAs, or regulated industries).
  • Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe, removed within 10 business days.
  • Where no engagement results from an inquiry, contact form data is retained for no longer than 12 months from submission.
  • Privacy request form submissions are retained for 3 years for audit and compliance purposes.
We do not store payment information. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card details.

08 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (Google Forms, Google Workspace, Beehiiv, Stripe) — these providers are contractually required to protect your data
  • When required by law, court order, or government authority
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Clarity2Scale Consulting LLC or others

We will never share your information with advertisers or marketing partners.

09 Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site (analytics only), and improve site performance.

We acknowledge within 5 business days and resolve within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).

14 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify newsletter subscribers directly.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
